I do try my hardest, but I guess some people just aren't meant to have advert-worthy hair... This is my routine for after washing my hair, which I do every 2-3 days.
First I wash my hair with Charles Worthington moisture seal shampoo. After years of competitive swimming, you can guess that my hair is usually in a bit of a state. I follow with the matching conditioner, but unfortunately just ran out... So am currently making do with the pantene aqualight conditioner which I am surprisingly happy with, as it doesn't weigh my hair down and a little goes a long way. The bottle is easy to use too, which is a massive bonus if you're lazy like me.
My next product is the Trevor Sorbie beautifully moisturised 'miracle smoother'. Initially I picked this up in a travel size because it was cheap and I liked the colour, but it really smooths my hair and makes it shiny which is a bonus.
Rather than straightening my hair 'fully' every day I tend to put it in a ponytail and straighten the ponytail. This might sound weird but it keeps the volume in, whilst keeping it looking 'natural' without being out of control. Protection spray is key!
This was initially a freebie from Glamour magazine. I'm still not 100% sure if I'd repurchase it but I use it anyway, as a tiny tiny bit goes a really long way. It helps to tame crazy flyaway hairs which I do have a number of... And it smells really good so I use it.
Of course, for those days when I'm far too lazy to wash my hair I absolutely swear by batiste dry shampoo. I've recently been using the one for dark brown hair. Simply because I have dark brown hair. I'm absolutely obsessed with these products, since they are absolute lifesavers. Even if my hair doesn't really need a wash, but I want more craycray volume this is my go-to.
So that's my hair routine everyone! Let me know if you use any of these products or if you have any recommendations... Don't forget to enter my giveaway as well!
I always used to take the Charles Worthington on holiday as they were such cute small bottles. I loved the shampoo and conditioner x
